Specialized affirmative psychotherapy in New York for BIPOC, Immigrants, LGBTQIA+, and first generation therapy seekers to feel better in body, mind and spirit, one moment at a time.

You’re the strong one. The responsible one. The one who keeps it all together—for your family, your community, your workplace.

But your body tells a different story: the tight chest, the clenched jaw, the tension in your shoulders that never seems to ease. You lie awake replaying conversations, your stomach in knots, wondering if you said too much—or not enough. You smile through the numbness, show up while burned out, and carry the ache of not feeling seen, heard, or understood. Even with all the self-reflection, the journaling—you found yourself repeating the same patterns in your relationships.

Maybe you're the first in your family to do a lot of things that you were expected to, but have you ever had the space to ask: What do I actually want—for me?

You’ve carried so much for so long. You are allowed to ask for space and support, even if you are the only one everyone else leans on.

let's be wildflowers,
let our souls be scattered by the wind.
let us grow, wild and free,
tall and brave,
in the places that we dream,
in the places where our longings
are filled.
let us grow between the cracks
of brokenness,
and we will make everything beautiful.
